I can't find a solution to launch the game. The game always crashes at 77%.
The game has worked in the past. I never played with mods and don't plan on doing it. I have no controller connected. I uninstalled the game via steam some times ago, and did 2 clean reinstals this last week while searching for solutions.
I tried all the solutions in the sticky thread and some solutions from other threads. They all resulted in a crash at 77%. Here is what I remember trying (Not in order):
Running stellaris.exe as administrator (and also with and without steam.exe as administrator), excluding it from windows defender (I don't have other anti-virus), trying different screen size setting in the paradox launcher, with and without dlc enable, launching direclty from stellaris.exe, trying with a different user, deactivated steam cloud, checked for windows update, the drivers I checked for update are already up to date. Maybe I missed one. Here is my last dxdiag for more informations:

You might try updating that 2020 driver for your Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics . Start with Acer support, if they don't have one then Intel

Then, In your Steam Library right-click on this game and choose Properties. In the Launch Options line, paste this in there:
-dx9

If that doesn't help, a new dxdiag please, plus:

Please attach here your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Hearts of Iron IV/pdx_settings.txt and settings.txt.
From your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Hearts of Iron IV/logs/ folder, attach here system.log , error.log , exceptions.log

I updated the driver and followed your indications for the launch option. It worked perfectly! I played a bit to make sure it was ok and everyting seems fine! Thank you very much for your precious help. Do you have other recommendations? Can I try different screen size setting or should I not touch anything else?

Sorry, for what problem would this be?
