[1.0.0.19987][8899] Divisions are not obeying orders.

Description: I was playing with Iran in multiplayer session. I trained some divisions and one of them started to not move anywhere. I tried to make a theatre with them but they didn't get in. I even tried to disband but they were still there. Then I trained same another division (infantry brigade), but this time put them elsewhere however they didn't comply my orders too.
I had another 4 division and I couldn't draw front line or attack with them. They were 3 brigade and 1 horse division.

DLC: I have season pass.
Mods: I don't use any modes either my multiplayer session.

Without a save game (or at the very least a screen shot) I don't think there's all that much I can do to figure out what may have caused this issue to appear, or how to solve it.
Would you happen to have either, or both?

Were you hosting in this MP, or was someone else?
