[1.0.0][9b5a] Sector planet construction menu access

Not sure if bug or feature. It's possible to access construction menus of planets within sectors and give direct orders to build buildings or ships, but still those planets are removed from outliner to reduce micromanagement. In turn, to do so you have to find the system, zoom in, and click the planet there, actually increasing tedious management, while also obscuring construction progress info, as it's also only visible on specified planet's menu. Either the sector planets should be easier to access from main view/outliner, or they shouldn't allow manual orders.

Hi Van-d-all!

This is working by design.
The reason why it doesn't appear in your Outliner its due to the planet is under Sector control (you will find these planets in the Empire tab (F2 as hotkey).
