Very hard to describe this in a single sentence without making it too long.
I don't remember the checksum but it should probably be 9b5a since I found this on launch day and now the patch is out so I can't find it again.
The issue is that when ordering a construction ship to build military stations in one system with the shift-queue command, the red circle prohibiting you from building space stations near each other stays when you then try to shift-queue in the other system (using the E hotkey to leave and enter the system without clicking). So other systems without any space stations still have those red circles in the same places they were in the first system. Sometimes it stays and sort of prohibits you from building later on with a different constructor in a completely different star system.
There is also some kind of graphical bug that, if you zoom in, starts showing the red field while zooming out makes it disappear. It is visible in one of the screens since they are circles and it cuts off weirdly.

Mods I'm using (or was, since I disabled them and the bug still appeared) - 48 Empire Colors, National Emblem Pack, the Blorg.
