Just loaded 1.019 and playing campaign Vienna. I see that no matter where the mini-viewport is focused, clicking on it brings me to the cathedral in the city center, not to where the mini-viewport is looking.

Had the line number and less-breakdown mods. Reinstalled game and, while I can't do Vienna right now as a campaign, the problem isn't there in the sandbox.
The line-number mod was probably your problem.
Since in patch 19 the line number is already shown near the vehicle, no mod required.

New problem, though. Tried to create my first bus line in Amsterdam (sandbox) and after clicking on "create line" I get two lines. A blank one with just the green icon and no name (and you can't choose it) and "Line 2," which I can create.
First of all, you sure "Line 2" is not "Line 1"?
Since patch (i think) .17 this new blank green icon is introduced to show/hide all lines.
Thanks, that's what it is. I had been using 1.017 since it came out and never had this show up. I wonder if it's yeat another game-mod incompatibility. But why don't I have a Line 1? The numbering starts with Line 2.
My guess would be that you had a line 1 previously, which you deleted. Line numbers don't get reused.
That actually irritated me at first. Now ive got into the habit of not deleting lines, i just remove all the stops/vehicles and leave the empty line in case i need another one later

No, Line 2 is the first and only line I have. It's a bus line. Later lines for other vehicles start at Line 1. Slornie, like your idea about leaving lines but deleting stops.
