[1.02] [fc5e] Domination Victory condition treats vassal planets as colonized.

I have just received a victory screen for winning through colonization of 40% planets in the galaxy, however that is wrong. I'm far from colonizing that amount of planets. Actually, I have stopped colonization a while ago, and focused on making every other empire my vassal.
When I have conquered another empire, this screen has been shown to me.
It seem that this victory condition triggers incorrectly.
Vassal planets shouldn't count as colonized for your empire.

As you can see on the screenshot below, there is still half of the galaxy to conquer, while my own empire has only a small percentage of colonized planets (Klaggian Star Assembly - grey one at the top)

This is probably working as designed. Vassal empires are essentially part of your domain, so they count as "colonised planets" for the victory condition.

Yeah I'd actually guess this basically counts as it should. I mean, the tooltip should probably make it clearer but if you've vassalized 40% of the galaxy, I'd say you've 'Dominated' it.
