I have a clothes factory which consumes my dyes and my fabric, but it does not produce clothes of it.
I have a fabric factory, which consumes cotton, but which does not produce fabric.
Same with liqour... What's that all about?!? There are pops in the factories, craftsmen and clerks. Any explanation?

Playing 1.03 with Prussia in GC in about 184x.

You probably need to add some convoys to link up your provinces - did you conquer parts of Denmark?

Umpf... that's hard, really hard. Thanks for your help Derek - competent and friendly as usual :)
I took some provinces from the Netherlands and (for unknown reason) western Prussia now wants the ressources via convoy instead of getting them through allied german territory.

Guess it's WAD then, but should be changed, though.

The change is a bit tricky - landlocked provinces don't need convoys but if you add some more coastal provinces to the nation then all the separated provinces need convoys.

I'll ask - but its tricky to distinguish between the provinces in all cases

Is this true for _all_ coastal_ provinces ? I'm facing a similar problem, Portugal/1861 comes with clipper shipyard in Lisbon. Although having all input
avaibable (tried also with cheat to max the stock) nothing happens, i.e.
output remains zero. Once I add one clipper to the stock (by cheating)
production starts. So, looks like I need to get one convoy externally before
I can start my production which is a bit silly as Lisbon is the capital and not too far away from Portugal (smile).
Fine, but the problem is that I as Portugal can't get to
buy a clipper on the WM because of the supply/prestige constraint.
Funnily enough my second industry (winery in Porto) doesn't seem
to be affected in a similar way .
Any hints please ? At least, where can I see apart from guessing that it's
the missing convoy ? Oh btw this also happened in 1.02.
