I get a ctd at 23:00 November 6, 1944. I am running 1.03 with a clean install. I have P4 1.4 ghz with Windows XP. I have the latest Nvidia drivers.

Something tells me this is a known bug I think it has to do with an election. Check the bug forum "Do it yourself bug fixes" sticky thread at the top of that forum, there may be a solution for you there.
I see you have already posted in the other thread in this forum, that deals with this topic so the solution should be the same.
