Communist Vietnam (TAG = U72) has no counter, at least not after a clean installation on my hard drive.

Looks good to me. We could you the VIE counter as well. Currently, VIE and U72 use almost the same flag:

I'd happily make that flag/shield myself, but I don't have the program needed.

Please don't use the flag generator - the results don't match HoI2vanilla standards. I requested the flag in the Grand Flag Request thread. There are some Photoshop owners who are glad to help the rest of the community.

Anyway, I used to have all the main shields made with that particular shading (which I like a lot more than vanilla) so I'll make one for myself... (given that I'm able to somehow find that program, of course)
