1.05: ai ignores sea area twice

The sea area "Southeast Northsea" is ignored in all these files twice... Although this isn't really a bug but a rather an oversight it might be better to delete this line.

I was able to modify the validator to check for these duplicates as well - hell, what a lot of duplicates .........
As these ignore lists may be case sensitive I'd better fix them too.
