1.05 auto-assign leaders

Playing GC36 SOV
Auto assign leader does not work for Arm units.
Other units received leaders but not Arm.

If needed, I have saved game.

Auto assign leaders for ground troops does not work anymore period!

It has worked rather well since April 2005 in HOI 2 until AOD 1.05.

I have looked at the save. You quite simply have run out of Lt Generals and above, it's not just your mobile corps that are affected. You still have plenty of major generals so I'll take a look at leader promotion and see if I can get the AI to promote officers when needed.
