[1.05] Can't install patch!

I downloaded and installed from Gamersgate.

However when I try to install the patch says that Crusader Kings isn't installed. But it is. I can start it and play, its 1.04a.

How do I install the patch?

you could allways re-install CK, and re-apply the patch, but...
