[1.05] Counts bound to Count titles

I started as Count of Frisia, conquered some muslim states and my marshals and courtiers became them automatically. They were counts and my vassals. Okay, it is known that Counts can have Counts as vassals (which shouldn't be) but:

Later in the game (I was a Duke) some muslim conquered Frisia and he automatically got all the Counts as vassals that I conquered before as Count of Frisia. My girlfriend (already King of Germany) conquered Frisia back from the Muslims and got all those Counts back. Then she gave me the title (I was her vassal) and I got back all my Counts.

That is quite strange... Bug?

Actually counts should not be able to have other counts as vassals. So it's most likely a bug....I have encountered it myself not so long ago.

Yes, it pretty much sounds like WAD, except that we could have events that make counts no longer be vassals to counts, as in, break free.
