I'm playing German, and it's 1940. Just noticed that some items in the production screen are not producing? There is enough IC and nothing is redded out, but there is no production progress. Right now I can't build convoys. escorts or garrison units. I tried saving the game and reloading it, but still no progress. All other items are still being produced.
