1.06, missing "unknown" photo

Has anyone else noticed that in 1.06 we are back to the same outline picture for leaders with no photo as generic no-name leaders?

The leaders that look the same as the default ones are probably those that have a picture listed in the leader file that doesn't actually exist (because the pic pack pictures deliberately weren't included in the patch). Leaders who intentionally don't have a picture in the pic pack use the no_picture_avail.bmp with the question mark in it (only Yugoslavia seems to still have these). If you install the pictures from the Nov 4 pic pack you shouldn't see any of the default pictures except for Croatia and Manchukuo (their files still use unknown.bmp).
