I have a game with Germany where I am using lots of V2 rockets and have noticed the following:
If a rocket is just above the org limit set when sent to perform a strategic bombing mission it will fly off, then cancel the mission when the org drops, fly back and land safely at it's base. This can be abused as "safe" air recon.
It seems that if targeting single provinces at the limit of the rockets range I can select the strategic bombing mission, but the rocket will never start the mission regardless of time & org settings. One example is from Bermuda island to the US province Luddoca(?) the one with lots of oil.
An improvement suggestion is to disable the org setting completely when sending off rockets since it does not make much sense to set it and is annoying to change the value each time when ordering both airplane missions and rocket missions.
