I hope this wasn't reported before, but if build infra by clicking on the infra symbol in the province interface, it is possible to go over the normal limit(which would be 200). I didn't test if it was actually possible to get to 200+ infra but it is possible to launch such a production line. Curiously, the production screen does not seem to be affected by the bug, so you cannot lenghten the serial further and if you go down the actual limit, you will not be able to get over it anymore.

... and if you go down the actual limit, you will not be able to get over it anymore.

To be more precise on this: If you start at line of 14 infra to increase infra from 60% to 200% and you have finished 4/14 then you have 100%. Now you decide to shorten then line to 4/9 then you will not be able to increase the lenght back to 4/14 but only to 4/10. You would have to wait till 150% infra is achieved and the line is closed. Afterward you would have to start a new line starting with 0% geraing bonus.
PS: I am refering to 108 beta 5.

Well, no, I had a province with ~150 infra, and I was able to launch 11 serials to get to...260 or such, and after I shortened the serial it would not go over 200 again(but was well over 100, actually was over 100 even before the construction started).

I have never seen this >200 bug in 1.07 before, at least in CORE we have a lot of provs at 150 or above but I wasn't able to get it to exceed 200.
It's at least uncomfortable if you are able to reduce infra serial but are not able to increase it again. It'll be even more an issue if the infra upgrade steps are reduced to 5%.
