1.08: non-activated areas in worldnames.csv

This file has the entry AREA_ALBORAN_SEA. This area is atm unused by vanilla AOD. But if i use 'Alboran Sea' to define an area in the province.csv neither the name of the newly added area nor the typcial colour of a naval area does show up on the (E3) map, the associated provinces of this area are all blacked out.

Please add this area to the list of available areas of the exe file.

Making areas/regions fully moddable would indeed be nice.

I've found two more naval areas which haven't been activated in the exe yet:

AREA_BALEARIC_SEA
AREA_IONIAN_SEA

There is also one land region which has not been activated in the exe file:

REGION_MAGADAN
