1.08 SUBR crash

New 1936 as Germany. Infrastructure in Oppeln starts at 80%, yet "14 Infrastructure (Oppeln)" is in production queue at start (would bring it to 220%)

clicking right arrow (increase qty) on that production line causes crash.

Infra is built in 5% steps so would end at 150%.
Does it crash directly upon load i.e. on the first day? If yes, does it also crash on second game day?

There is something wrong with the producton queue menu. I just had a CTD when moving the over a series of transports. I has not been the first crash.
