I've noted that the old and very good change that you can't assault with less of half morale is not more active with 1.10 patch.

It doesn't matter to me... Assaults with less than half morale will hardly ever succeed anyway
Any foe that attacks my fortifications with only half moral makes me very very happy. Fairly soon there will be nobody left to attack me!!
