Since CODA hasn't (AFAIK) release patch 1.09 then I GUESS they won't even get to the 1.10 so... There was a way to change the English and German 1.09 versions into (1.08 --->) 1.09 Polish... Anyone have any ideas? I want to play EU MP!!!

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
First, extract German patch somewhere (new directory).
Then, patch EU with English 1.10
Then overwrite europa.exe with German file.
That worked with 1.09

Just make a copy of the Paradox Entertainment folder and put it elsewhere for a moment. Then if the patch reduces the original folder and contents to a burnt shell you can just put the copy in place of it.
Have faith in your ability to beat the machine.........
