1.11.0.1 - Incorrect Localization for King/Emperor's Duchies (Persian Culture)

Description​

Duchies held by kings/emperors of Iranian culture incorrectly have the name of the kingdom/empire appended to the front.
Rather than being known as anything like "Duchy of ___" or "Amirate of ___" they are known as "Persian Empireshahdom of ___" or "Persiashahdom of ___"

This also appears to happen for independent dukes of Persian Culture. Causing names such as "Shirvanshahdom of Shirvan"

Steps to reproduce​

Start a game as an independent Persian Duke or Higher.
If you are a king/emperor, create a duchy title and hold it personally.
Observe name of the duchy title
