1.11.0.1 (Peacock) - Random Infinite Loading Screens

Description​

Since the new patch/DLC, I have persistently had infinite load screens. The launcher's Resume button usually works, although it is some times affected as well.

Steps to reproduce​

Launch the game; click new game; navigate the bookmarks; and then either:

a. Play as any ruler (this is when I most often get the infinite load screen); or
b. Select a recommended character (less often on infinite load, but still get them)
