[1.12.1] animation "Aggressive with Spear" is broken after updated to 1.12.1

Description​

In v.1.12.1, animation "Aggressive with Spear" is broken, the left hand of the character is away from the spear as shown in the screenshot below.

This is probably cause by animation changed in 1.12.1. It wasn't like that in v.1.11

Steps to reproduce​

1. go to barbershop
2. choose "Aggressive with Spear" animation, and check it
