1.2 MP Problems

There are 4 of us who play every Friday night and last week we had a good night with minimal problems. My computer never crashed and hasn't crashed playing HOI2 for the past 3 weeks.

This week was a different story. Numerous crashes on multiple machines. Saved games would not load correctly or only partially load.

Anyone else have similar difficulties?? Maybe it is our hardware, but it seems too coincidental.

v-net was down recently does that have any thing to do with it. just asking.

Are you mixing 1.1 saves with 1.2 patched games?

We have had some problems with 1.2. My Friday group did try to restore from a brandnew 1.2 game and it apparently corrupted on us. Check the game in SP on one of your machines. Luckily we had someone else with a good recent save.
