Same here. Plus the OnDemand version is 1.2, instead of 1.3 as it should be. That is inexcusable blundering.
Have patience guys, it is just a little time lag. I am sure Paradox will amend things. 
The on Demand version will auto update to 1.3 when the patch is made available there.

I think it explains all that to you when you sign up for it, and it is on the website, the same way you did not have to install 1.2.
