I'm having a problem with my game crashing while I'm trying to play, I only crash after 10-20 minutes of playing. I don't have any mods installed and it cant be an issue with my hardware because I exceed recommended components with a 3060, RYZEN 3700x, and 16gb of ram. Any recommendations to fix would be appreciated.

I've done all of those things, but I cant get a crash report because the game freezes "crashes" so I have to go to task manager to end it.
The game should still write a crash report to a new folder in "Documents/Paradox Interactive/Europa Universalis IV/crashes". The exception.txt from that folder might be helpful.
If you load your last autosave from before the crash, does it crash on the same ingame date again or does your next crash come later?

Please report the temperatures of your CPU and video (GPU)
1/ before starting the game up and
2/ after say 10 minutes' play.
If your PC's vendor has given you no way of reading temperatures, install
SPEEDFAN http://www.almico.com/sfdownload.php
Does it also crash after a certain time in the game? Or does it crash on a specific in game date? If it is after some time, have a look at the temperatures of your CPU and GPU like AndrewT suggested. If it crashes on a specific ingame date, I might be able to help you if you attach your save.

It doesn't crash at a fixed date (that's the first thing I checked); as for the CPU heat, last time I ckecked it was at 62 degrees celsius, far bellow the supposed maximum it can withstand

Also in Steam please click on Steam-Help-System Info, and paste everything there into a text file and attach that here.
