Line 528 and 788 from ...\Europa Universalis IV\common\advisortypes\00_advisortypes.txt

"yearly_patriarch_authority = 0.01"

should be

"yearly_patriarch_authority = 0.001"

It gives 1 Patriarch Authority per year per advisor level rather than 0.1 as the tooltip suggests.
