I'm playing 1.6B1 and it's already late June of 1940, but "Winter War" did not trigger.
Also SU does not have claims on Finland or any Baltic States, so it cannot demand territory.
I'm not sure, but I think Mol-Rib event was a bit weird: "Limited Mol-Rib". With only two choices: "limited pact" or "Refuse".

Did anybody else run into this in beta?

Regarding your event, it is not a bug. This is what happens when Germany chooses to offer only a limited Molotov Ribbentrop Pact. What you see are the consequences of that.
