1.8 host a wedding decision gone?

Hello guys

Thank you for the awesome work you have put in this update.
I can no longer find the host a wedding decision upon having characters married, has it been removed?

Works just fine for me. As soon as dowry event fires and/or the newly couple receives "recently married" modifier you can host wedding by right-clicking the char portrait.

Also works in my games in 1.8. Make sure there aren't any other celebration type events happening, like coronations, feasts, funerals, etc.
