1.8 lag when Interest Groups section of Outliner open

Description​

Game runs noticeably slower when the interest groups tab of Outliner is open. When it is open the game lags regardless of scrolling or standing still, issue resolved when IG tab is closed.

Run game and play with Interest Groups tab of Outliner open
