Between 1133 and 1144 I was constantly in war: first with Germany (in pursuit of the crown of Burgundy); then with Toledo (to secure a defensive perimeter in Iberia); then with Seville (in support of my Polish brethren, to seize Iberia for Christendom.) At no time during all of this did the tooltip ever indicate that I was losing vassal loyalty for having mobilized their armies. Some regiments were mobilized for the entire war, some were mobilized, destroyed, and remobilized. Still nothing. I also reloaded several times throughout (mostly due to CTDs); this didn't kick it in.

Since I could find nothing about removing this feature in 1.04a or any of the beta patches, it seems something's up, either with the beta patch or with my install thereof (or my savegame.) If need be I can provide saves near the end of the conflict which will bear out these assertions.

*bump*

Am I the only person experiencing this? I've started some new games for testing purposes, and it wasn't just a one-time thing.

Sounds like its one of those things that happen if you don't save and reload after acquiring a higher level title. (no BB effect on loyalty, higher prestige for claiming etc.)

That was my initial thought, but it didn't play out. I've saved and loaded my long game dozens of times, and a freshly-started game where I've acquired no higher title evinces the same behavior.
