100 years of winter

By now I'm pretty sure I've had about 100 years of winter, no white walkers spawned so that doesn't seem to be the problem. Is there any way I can check the global flags to see if everything is still in order? Or should I just be more patient?

Also my apologies for all the questions.

EDIT: Apparantly there are two white walkers alive, the oldest one is 166 years old, not sure how much that matters though. Anyhow they have 900 soldiers in the shivering forest, I wonder what'll happen if I attack them. It's strange though as I never got any events about them appearing.

Whenever I hear someone ask about a decades-long winter I'm tempted to suggest they look up the game "Endless Legend"..... But if you want Winter to end, you need to have the War of the Dawn begin, which should have happened, so I'd suggest finding the character id of the leader of the White Walkers and give them the county they're in to get the event chain going again.
