yes. the countries are all european. other territories are unexplored.
in this ages were no worldwide wars, so we don't need a full map.

Hehe, the timeline is the same as the first hungarian king, I. Stephen. But i have a little problem with the countries. I think there is no Russia just the "kingdom" of Kijev. So can i make a new list of countries?(just he christian ones?)

The medieval map is wrong.

First of all Russia did not extend that far north. The Karelian Isthmus was out of Russia's control, as was probably most of Ingria.

Secondly, the area the map denotes as being populated by Lithuanians was mostly populated by the Finnic Livonians. Lithuanians/Latvians/Semigallians and all that crap expanded and assimilated the original populace a lot later.

Thirdly, Russia was split into pieces like Novgorod, Tver, Kievan Rus etc.

Fouthly and finally, I'm not entirely sure about this, but AFAIK the HRE never extended that south into Italy. And if it did, it did so for only a very short period of time in its history.
