106b vichy fixed???

is the vichy bug fixed? playing a game i get vichy and approx three monthes later i have to return several provinces to vichy and when i do 33 free french division show up in the province of vichy, also vichy france still has no units when the vichy event occurs :wacko:

No, I don't think it has been fixed yet.

Vichy France now gets units, but for some reason they don't get them until they go to war. I changed the trigger to exists = VIC.

There's an event that disbands a bunch of French units once Vichy triggers, but I don't know how well it works.
