1188: 3rd Crusade Scenario

I don't know if there'll be much discussion about this 1188 scenario, but here's a thread for it.

Changes:

• Ayyubid conquest of the entire Kingdom of Jerusalem except for Tyre (under royal control) and Tripoli (under its duke.)
• All other Jerusalemite courtiers placed in Tyre.
• Emigre duchess of Oultrejourdain's title removed.
• Angeloi given appropriately awful traits (not that it harms their kids anymore...)
• Third Crusade declared and active.
