Now that we have 2 great games and a tool to unite them, i'm thinking of creating a game of 4 persons to get the things moving a little faster and to have time facility with Europa Universalis 2 (1.08b last patch) and Victoria (1.03b possibly with one mod)
This will be a small friendly game so i don't think we need specail rules like EU games i've seen but we want a game without someone going through all the world and conquering it.
This game will be possibly on weekends and we will be playings for 2-4 hours.
I strongly recommend MSN to make the things easier when connecting to game.

I would like to play if possible but don't have EU2 (I only started playing vicky as my mate had it). I will buy it ASAP but am on holiday next week so cant play then.

I'm not quite sure who too be as i've never played EU2 but would like to be a European country.

Me and German talked about this yesterday. We thought that it might fun to try the EU2VIC utility to play a 1419-1920 game, but we figured that it would nice to have 1 or 2 more players. It would be a very casual game, not like BoP with the diplomacy thread and stuff, just meet on msn and play a couple of hours in the weekends. If we could get two players from BoP, it would make things easier as we already know eachother. 4 players would be the maximum though... I wouldn't want another game where we'd be waiting for ten players all the time ;)

As German said, we wouldn't have any serious rules either, just be nice and try to avoid attacking other players (unless people want a war of course ;) ).

I'm a new player to EU2 as well by the way, this would only be perhaps my third serious game. I've had some experience playing England, so I thought I'd play them, but if someone else really wants to I could change.

If someone likes the idea for a MP game, feel free to set up a serious game in another thread :)
 
BTW if you are unfamiliar with the EU2VIC i can post some sreenshots of my amazing games as Venice and Georgia, hehe, so you can know what are the things you have to focus on to get a good position in VIC.
To answer dunklerKaiser, you can choose every country, but you can get bored of beeing so powerfull :D so choose one with a lot to do, like Brandenburg or my country Venice kicking Otto's @$$.
 
Sounds fine to me, when would you all like to start? Havnt decided if I'll take Brandenburg or Austria yet. I can play Sat since there will be no BoP...again...and who knows when everyone will be able to play.

Also, let me know waht all I have to install for the EU2Vic as I havnt used it.
 
i think Saturaday is fine, all you need is the EU2VIC utility, patch 1.08b (last version) for EU2 and same mods that we have in VIC
 
Well im out this Sat but dont mind if you play for a bit because of our other game not being played.

I've just got EU2 and am deciding on a country, maybe we can play on sundays as BOP is on Sat.

My flight is at 4.00pm that why im still here if you wondering.

excellent game we had, after we stop playing, i converted the game (to see how are you all doing), hopefully i will be able to post some screenshots, but i can tell you something, Poland is the first great power in this moment, lol
 
Doesnt surprise me Poland is #1, their army is HUGE, unfortunately those bastards dishonored our alliance and now Bohemia is putting the smack down on me, kinda.

When you guys wanna play again? I am free for a little bit this morning, but not the whole day like yesterday, wife is coming back from Indiana and I will have to do stuff. Or else next Sunday probably since BoP will be Sat with any luck.
 
No it wont stand in the way of our other game, this is just a friendly casual thing. I don't mind if you play, but I know they want to keep players down so it is easier to get people together. I think it would be fine, but check with the others.
 
As kaiser said, it wont get in the way of BoP. We'll only play when we have time in weekends, usually whenever we all happen to be online on msn. About joining, we want to be very careful how many people we get in the game, as it gets alot harder to get going and organise for every player that's playing. That said, we might be able to get you in the game if it continues to flow well. If there are more players interested perhaps another game could be organised?

We might be able to play a little while today, if German comes online. I've got the evening free anyway. The game yesterday was fun anyhow, even if it mostly consisted of me and kaiser complaining about how the AI were beating us up ;)
 
hey, but don't forget the worst battle ever, 14k infantry vs 40 cavarly, yeah, only 40 cavarly and i lost, stupid Hedjaz
 
I would be interested in playing if we could come up with a fairly straight forward time to play and then we can add in other times to play as they present themselves.

you are already trying to enter our other game BOP so i don't think you can enter this one, besides we want this game to be casual, with no day or time restricted. But i hope you enter the other game ;)
