144Hz?

Hello!

Should I run the game on 144 Hz refresh rate? Lately I am experiencing stuttering and fps between 40-70 in the game.

My PC specifications:
CPU: Intel Core i5-7600K @ 3,80GHz
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 SC Gaming 8 GB
RAM: Kingston 16 GB DDR4 Dual-Channel @ 1066MHz
Audio: Sound Blaster Z
Monitor: AOC 27" LED FreeSync G2770PF 144Hz
OS: Windows 10 Home (64-bit)
