i have been working on a 1453scenario for a while now thats currently used in cqs, tod and nmp : the quest for conquest

now problem is i'm running out of ideas tbh and would apreciate it if the community can take a look and give some feedback or ideas to improve the scenario further

known issues :

-cot in greenland spawns to often
-astrakan cot needs tweaking, isn't strong enough and often dies stil
-need to replace the little indian ai in south france :eek:o
 
just a note : i'm aware that africa and indonesia might not be 100% historicle accurate especially the religion part
 
Improve the MP in France
 
They lost the semifinals

Other than that i recon they should be granted a tad more MP like Denmark, or atleast boost the population of Denmark, so the population boost of manpower is reached before 1810.

playing Quest of Conquest right now..and in 1603 already..still 23 menpower compare to 450 of HAB..it's just rediculuos :rolleyes:
i say at least base menpower should be 50
 
Also you need to move Madeira from Africa to Europe in the provinse.csv

It also looks a bit wierd that Portugal doesn't produce any wine but mostly wool. And yes, do something about the mp.

As it is now, everyone can play with the same version of watk3v1.

I believe you can change almost all of the province.csv information in the scenario files (i.e. just for a specific game/scenario).

Well you can change tax, religion, culture, manpower and such, but not in which continent a province is.

...or have I completely missed that this could be changed in the scenario file too?

Aye in the watk 3,1 version it does, along with a lot of other new islands. Anyway wasn't there some talk of a 3,2 version soon?

It doesn't have to be different, 3,1 is a great mod in any case.

There are however a few errors that need be corrected, like Madeira belonging to the african continent and the russian shiperror that keeps crashed the game when Russia is AI'ed. Probably more, i seem to remember a thread on it.

i can't change madeira to europe without changing the prov file
and ye i'm looking in the mp crap
