2 techs in 1337 scenario

1337 scenario:
- technology architecture: is set at level 0 for 99% of the provinces!!! Only few (less then 10) have level 1; note that in other scenarios architecture is set at variuos levels, but always superior then 0; so it's definitivetely a bug.
- technology school: usually the provinces with more technologies are the big capitals (Paris, London, Stamboul), but for this one those capitals are behind their realms; paradox thought that schools in capitals were not improved (home education  ); but what about univerities like La Sorbone?

Confirmed. Tech levels are way too low the later scenarios, especially in Europe. Btw, they really should set the HWY scenario to a different date, everytime i see it in the title i confuse it w/ "l33t scenario", which, imo, is the 1066 one(the LEAST broken one)

But I don't agree with you :D I mean I read many people saying that the tech levels of europeans is too low, but that was true! Byzantine and especially muslims were ages above europeans in techs, and this till 1300 at least (the mongol invasion chanaged everything). So I think that the general tech setting in various scenarios is ok, I only found 2 probable bugs and reported.

Well, for the early scenarios that would make sense. But 1337? Its almost the start of the Italian Renaissance. Armor technology in Europe should be more advanced than the East by now, England should have reinforced longbows and everyone should have at least level 3 crossbows. Infact, early guns are starting to be used. Not to mention architecture and schools like you said. It seemed like there is minimal tech growth b/w 1066 and 1377, it should be a huge leap.
