As you may or may not have seen, there is a new CK2 patch out today. Unfortunately, it auto-updated for me. (I swore I had this setting turned off!) I'm now having problems running the most recent GoT mod. Is there any way to revert back to the last CK2 patch or am I out of luck?

Yeah I had forgot the "great" feature of steam to turn the automatic updates back on when it updates steam itself... so on same sinking boat here. Mod became unplayable as it ctds after month or so of gametime.

I suppose this is worth trying.

In your games library, right click CK2 and select "properties". Select the "betas" tab and then choose version 2.1.4.

Yup out of luck, saved games don't work anymore: lesson learned, turn off auto updates!

It's hit or miss. The patch is just the beta patch made official and while it caused issues for some, many people were still using it to play the latest version of the mod without any major problems arising. I've also seen reports of people succesfully loading and continuing save games on the latest patch.

In case it helps the modders, the issue I'm having with the mod since the 2.1.5 patch is that when I am playing a character and choose the religion button to see religious leader, etc, the game crashes. Its quite consistent.

Its super consistent for me. As soon as I zoom in the map out so you can no longer see county lines it crashes. Can kinda play but its not worth the hassle

If we experience a crash, is there a log file anywhere that we could upload here that might be helpful to the mod makers in determining the cause of it?
