I started in 1066 as Duke Erik and, in a few generations, without either losing all land or playing in offline mode, became King of Sweden and then later reformed the Germanic Faith (with Sweden still being my primary title at the moment). This sounds like the definition of Heathenous Ways achievement, yet Steam did not acknowledge it.
Game version: 2.8.3.4 (i.e. the last one before 3.0). Checksum: SAHQ (as it has been, unless I'm much mistaken, for the last year or so).
Ironman mode (obvs). Save file attached but it's a bit further forward so Empire of Scandinavia is already created (you can check history of titles and see that Fylkirate is created before the Empire).
All DLCs on but the Aztec Invasion put off in Game Rules (some other changes to rules but none significant; according to the preview, achievements should be enabled with this set of rules).
