I read regular threads about people playing as alternate countries such as Belgium, Holland etc. However I can't find any way in the game of selecting these as my country. Can someone tell me how to do this.
Secondly, I'm getting an interesting situation once I develop jet interceptors. Unlike all other aircraft types who upgrade from their non jet types to the new jet types, the interceptors don't upgrade and nothing I can do will make them upgrade. I've made sure the "do not upgrade" button is not activated, and in the production screen when only the interceptors are left to upgrade the amount needed for reinforcements/upgrades is 0.00.
