Offensive and Defensive Tactics advances tooltips wrong
The Offensive and Defensive Tactics advances both display a long list of +1 morale and +1 shock to each and every troop type for each and every level of advancement.
This is in stark contrast to the correct values in /db/advances.csv, where modifiers are percentage based and only awarded to a few units per level.
