"Claim holder joins your court" event

Is this event working as it's supposed to? Every time it fires I get some guy with no claims at all. Are they supposed to come with claims? And if not, why are they called "claim holders"?

If you click on their portait to open their character screen, you will see they have a claim.

That doesn't mean you will have it yourself...

But if you play properly and marry your daughter accordingly and manage to have them have children, they may inherit this claim... And in turn may use it if you give them some land, and being their liege, it may help you going to war...

But when the claim-holder dies. I've had sons of the king inherit claims on what they were supposed to have claims on. A bit weird.

same for me,

they are from a different dynasty but have no claims at all when you check them out in the royal court screen,

Why is that not a bug in the end ?

The claimholders I've gotten in 1.02 have gotten claims right after they entered my court.
