courtier losing his advisor position when being married

When I marry the marshal, the steward, the chancellor, or the spymaster within my own court, the character loses his job, without me being noticed of that.

This would be perfectly understandable when the courtier has to leave my court, but that's not the case here, since the weddings are just internal to the court.

Yep I can confirm this. Pretty annoying.
I always first notice it when vassal loyality for diplo goes in minus, meaning my chancellor just left his post, without any note to me!

I believe this happens because the courtier leaves (to join his/her spouse) your court and arrives at the same time. Therefore he/she loses the advisor status.

Sure, and that's quite annoying. For example, at a given point, all my provinces were at max manpower. Suddenly, the husband of my steward died of old age. So I rushed to marry her with another courtier, before she leaves the country and goes back to daddy :D
Due to that, she lost her steward position ; I took only 2 days to notice that. But because of this 2 day shift in my stewardship score, I lost about one third of my manpower, and had to delay my plans ...
