Opposing traits

In my current game, the King of France has both Valorous and Coward traits, even though supposedly they cannot be had at the same time.

I have the same problem. In the 1066 scenario, Philippe, King of France, starts with the Valorous trait. Later on he receives the coward trait, from a "vicious slander" event, and from then on has both.

Yeps, there is a problem with new traits from events which don't take account opposing existing traits. It's a bug that's been reported by betas already, so we just have to wait and see what happens.
