Troop modifier tooltips
A number of improvements increases the supportable troop modifier of the province, and this info is in the tooltip of the improvement. However, the numbers are off by a factor of 100. For example, the medium castle says "Supportable troop modifier +50000", but in reality you only get +500.
I suspect that the tooltip says "+500.00", and that the dot is somehow lost due to font error since this line of information is usually at the bottom row in the tooltip.
Either remove the fractions (you can't have half a trooper anyway, right?
) or make the tooltip larger so the dot appears.
