Description: I was encountering another bug (traits such as Hemophiliac, Haemophant, and Zodiac signs) would show up as "" (empty string) in the dialogue box when they were added. I first asked about it on reddit, and was advised to do a clean reinstall of the game, which I did. After uninstalling the game (and deleting local files in Documents/ParadoxInteractive), I installed it again, and verified that the previous bug was fixed. However, my Monarch's Journey points all disappeared. There was a previous issue where they would display as 0, but refresh after I cycled through the rewards, but now they are fixed at 0 no matter what I do. I didn't have too many (22 I think).
DLC: I own all the Major DLC + Ruler Designer, do not have the content packs or music
Mods: I have yet to install any mods since reinstalling the game
Reproduction steps: I'm not totally sure how/if reproducing it would work, but doing a full reinstall of the game may cause the same issue to manifest.
