Description: As the title. When selecting the option to form the league, the game crashes to desktop.

DLC: I own all DLC, all are active except some of the music.

Mods: No mods

Steps to reproduce: See attached saved game. I captured it when the prompt to form the league came up. Select the option to form the league.

Bug Comfirmed.
In your case, the Hansa league is granted to a priest, so no republic founded.
So there would be a problem when a localisation scope [From.MercRepCapital.GetName] in the string "EVTDESC_REP_61" in "localisation\v1_09.csv" fired. This will resulting event REP.61 failed to spawn, and CTD.
Dirty fix: clean up EVTDESC_REP_61 like

Since a localisation mod does not alter the checksum, your ironman game will stay fine.

To devs, The Rise of the Hansa eventchain (REP.51~54) needs more strict checks, for both title and holder.
Or totally re-write the whole Hansa eventchain, it's shitty.
